Elena Slobtseva

Elena Slobtseva (b. 1981, Perm, Russia) lives and works in Perm.

In 2003, she graduated in English Language and Literature from Perm State University.

In 2005 and 2006, she studied English literature and painting at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, USA.

From 2012 to 2014, she studied at ArtPolitika Contemporary Art School, Perm and from 2014 to 2015, she studied at the Chto Delat School for Engaged Art, St. Petersburg.
