Alexander Pozin was born in Ufa 1957. He lives and works in St. Petersburg. In 1977 he finished Serov Leningrad Art School, sculpture department, taught by V. S. Novikov. He is a member of Artists' Union since 1983 and «Artists' Village» since 1987. Alexander Pozin works in bronze, stone and wood in similar techniques approaching the materials by his creativity more than by a concept.
