Diana Vouba. The City - Alphabet.

Diana Vouba - graphic artist, painter, was born in Abkhazia in 1958. In 1986 she graduated from theTbilisi Academy of Arts. Since 1988 - a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, the MoscowUnion of Artists. She has taken part in numerous group exhibitions, including “Contemporary Art ofthe North Caucasus” at the State Museum of the East, “Bulldozer Exhibition - Further Everywhere”,Creative Union of Artists of Russia, “Abstraction in Russia of the 20th Century” at the State RussianMuseum, in projects of the Kolodzei Art Foundation. More than 30 personal exhibitions in Russia,the USA, France, Switzerland, Tunisia. Her works are in the funds of the Russian Academy of Arts, inthe Kolodzei Art Foundation, in the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, in the State Russian Museumin St. Petersburg, in galleries and private collections in many countries of the world.“A new series of works has no description, but the theme of“ square and cross ”, consciously orintuitively, periodically arises in my work.”
